Starting service with Lifestyle Gourmet is easy! Just follow these steps:
- Start by choosing the days of the week you wish to receive service. Pricing is based on a minimum of 3 days of service each week with a 4-week subscription, minimum of 2 meals each day. You will also want to choose the number of people in your household receiving service. Each person will be assigned their own profile allowing each person to choose their own menu of fresh foods each day.
- We recommend that you start off with your busiest days of the week — those days when getting a decent meal on the table is all but impossible. Once you see how the service works you can easily add days to fit your schedule.

- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & 2 Snacks
- Breakfast, Dinner and 2 Snacks
- Breakfast, Lunch & 2 Snacks
- Lunch & Dinner, 2 Snacks
- Dinners Only (requires 2 people.)
- Choose your personal daily caloric plan by selecting our larger portions or our smaller portions . All of our fresh snacks are around 100 calories each. All meals do not have to be of the same calorie count—mix and match to reach your desired number of calories.
- Each week, we'll send you an email to remind you to log into your personal account on our web site to make your menu selections from two options each day.
- Each meal is freshly prepared every day in our Culinary Center located in Dallas, Texas and is delivered ready to heat and serve. Most meals take only a couple of minutes in the microwave to reach service temperature. And all of our meals are prepared with re-heating in mind so your veggies will come out crisp and your meats cooked just right!
- Each night we deliver your meals to your doorstep between midnight and 6 am in an insulated cooler bag with plenty of ice packs!
- Before you go to bed each night, simply leave your insulated cooler bag on your doorstep (with the ice packs!) and our delivery team will exchange it with a new cooler containing your next day's meals. It's like having your own personal "Food Fairy!"
- If you travel, don't worry. You can manage your delivery calendar online and we'll make sure you get credit for unused days. Just be sure to cancel your order at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation charges.
