We have more than 300 recipes up our sleeve and more being developed every day. Each day you pick from two different options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to accommodate your personal tastes. And what's more, our menu changes every day! Our most popular meals will appear on the menu every few weeks and new items are being added all the time.

We started by finding the best nutritional programs and built our menus to meet their strict standards.
Using the philosophies endorsed by dieticians at Medical City Dallas, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association, and the American Dietetic Association all Lifestyle Gourmet meals are created to maintain the recommended daily caloric balances of:
- 45% Healthy Carbohydrates
- 30% Lean Protein
- 25% Healthy Fats
We also ensure that you are receiving adequate fiber each day (25-30 grams) and reduced daily sodium (less than 2400 mg).
And to fight that portion control problem that we as Americans face every day, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are offered in two different portion sizes. Our smaller portion gives you a portion similar to that found in a reduced calorie diet (approximately 1500 per day) and our larger portion is a typical meal - just the right amount to fill you up without filling out your waistline. We even have freshly made 100 calorie snacks to help keep your metabolism up and to keep you away from the vending machine at the office and out of the fast food drive thru on the way home.
To top it off we found quality fresh ingredients and hired a group of ultra-talented chefs to cook food that is healthy and nutritious. And, before you ask - yes, calorie conscious food really can taste this good!
